Notes from March 3rd, 2016 Meeting.

• 1. Compare our grad coordinator, chairs and deans list with catalog.

1. Logins to Departments by Mid-March

2. Send Word version of department information and PDF of program information. Changes to department / college information can be made with track changes. 

3. Program information must be changed via the Grad College New Programs and Program Revisions Committee. 

4. New Programs and changes must be approved by March meeting to be included in the upcoming catalog. 

5. Catalog is closed (Print to PDF) - August 1st

Posting Shadow Catalog version of program changes goes live in May.
